Lovely Lion Ladies

I got up this morning and went to the temple since I felt like I hadn't been in a while. It was fun to run into Sis. L at the same session. We laughed and said we should have carpooled down together if we had only known we were both going to the temple at the same time.

I came home and got Autumn ready for her first cheer game of the season. Her coach said they weren't ordering new uniforms this season, and Autumn has grown so much since last year that Mimi had to let her skirt out as far as it would go. She also had to add an inverted-v shaped panel on the side of the top. But, you can't even tell (unless you know and are looking for it), b/c Mimi is JUST.THAT.GOOD!!!

Our guys played great, but ended up losing by 2 points in the final minutes of the game.

Papa & Mimi were so WONDERFUL and came to watch Autumn perform during halftime.

This picture that I happened to capture during their performance after the game cracks me up. They kneel down on the grass for one move, and the girls were flipping their hair back and I caught it at just the right moment. LOL.

This year they were able to add harder stunts to their routine. Autumn is the "back spotter" in the middle. The girls did a GREAT job and we're so PROUD of them. It's funny, b/c every year there are more parents and support for the cheerleaders than there are the actual football players.

 Our LOVELY Lion Ladies!

We stopped at the pet store on the way home to buy another hamster cage w/ a wheel & water bottle so we can keep the hamsters separated for good. We tried seeing if they could be nice again since they were in a bigger space but that backfired big time. After we got the new hamster set up we came home, put it together, ate lunch, cooled off, and relaxed. Then we got in church clothes and went to Ev's baptism in the evening. It was a great baptismal service and the Spirit was definitely there. We're so proud of Ev!
