Autumn decided to update the message on the shower door tonight. We have some fun colored dry erase markers. I love it how she spelled DAD & MOM w/ the beginning of each line. She's so sweet & thoughtful.
Nate called to say he was stopping by to drop off a treat. So, Frank ran & got this do-rag & dark glasses to look hardcore & intimidating so Nate would pretend to arrest him! I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see Frank starting to act like his old self. He didn't come home in excruciating pain today from overworking his shoulders! He didn't come home dripping in sweat.
Spencer wanted a turn, too. It cracks me up how Nate's look at him all shady & holding up his pair of handcuffs. LOL!
Nate brought us some honey butter croissants from a local restaurant. They had a disturbance there between 2 customers, and Nate went on the call. He handled it so well & professionally that the manager wanted to give him something to show her gratitude. She gave him A LOT of these, and since Nate knows that they're one of Autumn's favorite treats, he brought some by to share w/ us. SO THOUGHTFUL!
