First Trip To WalMart

  It has been SO NICE to work from home. I'm able to get a lot done. It's also been great to get to spend time w/ Frank. For lunch today we were both craving Chick Fil A so he went & got us lunch & we ate it together in the living room in our jammies. So many perks from working at home!

 

 Baby Alisa had her regular baby wellness check up today, and everything looks great. After her appointment, I had to stop at WalMart to get a few things. This was her first (of probably thousands) of trips to WalMart. So sweet & cute!

 

 When Autumn got home today, she put Baby Alisa in this little thing we're going to use to bathe her in, laid down on the floor next to her, and covered her up w/ a blanket. Autumn is asleep under that blanket next to Alisa.

 Since Alisa was sleeping so soundly in that, we just brought her in & put her right on the table so she could be with us while we ate dinner.

 

Autumn LOVES to dress up Baby Alisa & wanted us to get a picture of her wearing these booties that GrannyMom made! So precious & GrannyMom is so talented. Yes, that's a HUGE flower in the middle of Baby Alisa's onesie. We were laughing at how massive that thing is compared to her little body.

There's nothing more attractive than seeing the man you love taking care of your new baby. I can tell in Frank's eyes how tired he is in the picture, but he's so amazing and LOVES holding & feeding & taking care of Alisa.

 

  She was holding onto his finger tonight before bed, and I love so many things about this pic. How dark his skin is compared to hers, how big his hand is compared to hers, and how you can see his wedding ring.

 

We like to put her in between us and snuggle w/ her before going to sleep for the night. Then we put her in her crib so that both she & we can get some good rest.
