New Crocs, Grandbabies, & Birthday Dinner

Bitters was up this morning, so I took her with me to drop the kids off at seminary so Frank could sleep. There is no filter on this picture. The sunrise really looked that gorgeous.

We walked around and since I don't want her to inherit my fear of masks, I gave her this wolf one to see what she would do. I told her he was a friend so she gave it a kiss. Although she doesn't look too sure about the whole thing. LOL!

She loved having the slide and the living room and all her toys all to herself this morning while Aubrey was asleep.

Frank asked me what gift I want for my birthday this year, so I sent him a link to some Crocs I want. He took Alisa and they went to see if they could find them. They didn't have my size, so he got me some different ones in my size that I LOVE. He is such a complete softie and came home w/ a pair for Bitters too.

He said the employee put them on her and it was over after that. She was NOT taking them off so he said he had no choice but to buy them. I couldn't even be mad about it, b/c she looks so stinkin' cute!

He even brought me my own special early birthday lunch since I have to work tomorrow. I am NOT a fan of In-N-Out fries, but he got those for Bitters b/c she says "fruff fruff "for french fries and he can't tell her no.

We put these hats on the girls and I'm surprised they actually kept them on and were playing nicely together for a few minutes. That had to be documented.

Marissa & Grant went out for a few hours and Marissa left the grandbabies with us so she could have a little break. We were more than happy to watch them. Addilyn threw up on her outfit, so I gave her a bath in the sink. It seems like just a month or 2 ago that Alisa was small enough to take a bath in the sink!

Savi had brought over a box of clothes that are too small for Grace, so I put this adorable outfit on Addilyn. She's just so cute and sleeps all the time. She has the sweetest disposition and hardly ever cries.

Nothing better than a freshly bathed baby asleep on your chest. It was a bonus that I got a picture of her smiling.

Papa & Mimi came over to say hi for a little bit and love on their GREAT grandbabies!!! That's crazy to think I'm a grandma (by marriage) & that they're GREAT grandparents (by marriage).

Marissa returned the favor and watched Alisa while Frank & I went out to dinner w/ Papa & Mimi. They have friends coming into town tomorrow, so they wanted to take us out to dinner tonight. We LOVE the honey butter croissants at Cheddars.

We had a great time talking and being together. I'm so thankful for them. I DEFINITELY won the parent jackpot with them!

It makes me so happy to see these 2 curly-haired girls wearing their warm fuzzy footed jammies and playing together.

Tonight was a sad activity for Autumn in Young Women's. This was their last activity as the original ward since the boundaries changed on Sunday. They had one last hoorah all together. I'm so thankful for these leaders and the other girls that have made Young Women's such a great experience so far.
