Today they were doing pictures at Autumn’s school, so last night after her bath I put her hair in twisty knots so she could have big pretty curls for her picture. She LOVED her twisty knots and wanted me to get a picture of them before I took them out. It didn’t work, though, b/c her hair was still too wet so her hair was just wavy instead of curly. But, she looks cute no matter what!
I got some hair therapy of my own tonight. When I went to my hairdresser on Saturday, I told her to do a lighter blonde on my hair to help hide some of the gray hairs I’ve been finding! Darn those gray hairs. And she asked if I wanted really small or a little bit chunkier highlights, and I told her a little chunkier was fine. But, I didn’t realize the blonde was going to be so blonde and I ended up w/ a big blonde highlight right in the back of my head. So, I went and got some dye at Sally’s so Mom could help me darken it up a little bit. Mom kept telling me I looked like a skunk.
We put some chocolate brown on the really blonde parts of my hair (which is why I have those few white looking globs in my hair) and we had so much left over b/c it was just a few sections of my hair that we needed the dye for, that Mom decided to just use the rest to color her hair. Don’t we look lovely? Guys have no idea the lengths us women go to in order to look good. I love how the color turned out and no more skunk streak!

Lisa that was horrible! Was she in a salon? Next time go back there, show them what she did, and make them refund you or fix it. Not to be rude, but that is ridiculous! Chunky means chunky everywhere not just in one stripe, and letting it overprocess too, compared to the rest of your blondes, thank goodness you have a mom that knows how to fix it, :D
