Mom’s New Aunt Jill Haircut

Tonight Dad had to go to a class for continuing education and Mom didn’t want to cook.  So, she called in an order to Papa John’s and I picked it up on the way home from work.  She ordered this dessert pizza and it was INCREDIBLE!  Definitely worth trying as Autumn is demonstrating.

Mom got her hair cut today and it’s a lot less bulky on the sides.  She said she was tired of her hair looking like a “brown football helmet” (name that movie).  I love the color and the cut.

Both Dad & I told her she has an “Aunt Jill” haircut.  I think she looks fabulous, daaaah-ling, simply fabulous!  After dinner we dropped Mom off at the church for a meeting and then came home.  Autumn & I watched the Biggest Loser while playing a game she got for Christmas.  Then I put her to bed and was sitting and blogging and watching Parenthood and my fridge started making a weird noise.  It sounded like the ice tray was filling up w/ water but then it didn’t stop.  I pulled the fridge out and there wasn’t water anywhere, but I still had Mom & Dad come over to look at it.  Of course once they got here it didn’t make the noise anymore.

But, it was still nice to have them here and we sat and talked for a minute before they had to go home.  Then I called Jonesy and we talked for a long time.  It was so great to catch up w/ her, and I just love her to pieces.  I’m so sad that we don’t live closer b/c I miss our girl’s nights out together.
