On the 3rd journaling card for this week, I just took the box that her Barbie Puppy Water Park came in and I cut out the words and stuck them to the top of the journaling card. I like how it made that card really stand out w/ the pop of yellow color.
I did 3 collages on this page b/c I had a lot of pictures I wanted to include. I also included a receipt from getting the oil changed. That will be fun to look back on in 20 years to see what the price of an oil change was.
I was thinking all week about what I wanted to write in the empty space on the filler card. I decided to write down some of mine & Autumn’s favorite songs that we listen to on the radio. We both love singing along to these songs. I know again, that this will be really fun to look back on in years to come and remember what songs we liked at this time period. I’ll do the same thing the 1st week of April when this filler card comes up again. It will be cool to see what our favorite songs are every 8-9 weeks.
This is my extra Design C page from last week. I went back and added this card b/c the extra page didn’t stand out enough as being Autumn’s birthday. This was a card she got that I just cut down to be a little bit shorter than the 4x6 journaling card so anyone looking at the page would see there were words behind it to be read. I just traced a 4x6 journaling card on the back of it and cut it out w/ scissors. Super fancy, huh? LOL! Sorry again that the pictures are so grainy and blurry but my living room light is less than stellar for photography.

I love that you used the receipt from the oil change and the list of songs. That will be awesome to look back on in 10/20/30 years! I'm trying to get better this year about including stuff like that. Super cute layout!
Love your pages & that you included your favorite songs from the radio. That's on my "to include" list for this next week as my daughter is enjoying several songs she just downloaded from iTunes.
