Project Life Tuesday ~ Week 31

Week 31 was fun b/c we were still in Utah, then we flew home, and then it was back to regular life.

Monday ~ We went to the Sweet Tooth Fairy so I could try a VaNIElla Squared cupcake.  It was super delicious.  I also have an Design C insert (see below) from this day.  I included Autumn’s wrist band and the card we used in the journaling spot from our day w/ Bianca & Ashley.

Tuesday ~ We flew home from Utah, so I put our flight stubs in the journaling pocket.  I found out Autumn had lice and Mom & I spent THREE hours combing through Autumn’s hair w/ the lice comb to remove all the nits.  I cut out part of the box from the lice treatment kit and just stuck that in the pocket w/ the picture.

Wednesday ~ While Autumn & I were gone, a zipper spider set up her web outside Mom & Dad’s living room window.  We were so excited to see that b/c we love zipper spiders and haven’t hand any so far this year (last year we had 3).  Dad threw a big grub from the garden into her web and we watched in horror/fascination as she spun it up in her web.

Thursday ~ Autumn was so worn out tonight that she just sat down next to me in the chair and fell asleep.  I had to get up to use the restroom and when I came back, I found her kneeling like this on the floor, sound asleep.  Dad was more than happy to snuggle w/ her while she slept b/c that’s such a rare thing these days.

Friday ~ Lexie & her crew came up this weekend.  We celebrated Jon’s birthday w/ homemade lasagna, and then had a party for Jackson.  Mom got him a cake so he could tear into it and make a mess.  He didn’t get messy enough, so Mom took the cake and smeared it all over him.  LOL!

Saturday ~ We went to Tyler’s house to celebrate his & Uncle Robert’s birthdays.  Mom & I took the 3 kids so Lexie & Jon could have some alone time and go shopping or out to lunch.  It was a lot of fun and we had amazingly good food as usual.  When we came home, Lexie & I spent the evening putting together this hard puzzle.

Sunday ~ We have been thoroughly enjoying the Olympics.  I went online and found some pictures of some stand-out athletes and made a collage of them.  I especially love the London graphic in the upper right hand corner of the collage b/c it not only spells London, but the “Lon” look like “2012”.

Here’s my Design C insert for Monday.  On the back side I’m going to fill it up w/ pictures of Autumn & all her siblings that the professional photographer took up the canyon last Saturday.  I just don’t have the CD w/ the pics on it yet.  As soon as I get that, I’ll print off the pics and add those in for Autumn to have as a remembrance of the great time she had & the memories she made w/ her Dad & Nicole & siblings.

Since I had 3 pics I wanted to include from our day w/ Ashley & Bianca, I used a Flip Flap to fit more pics.
