Project Life Tuesday ~ Week 11

P1050269 This was a fun week to work on.  First of all, I love how the filler card and first journaling card stripes line up perfectly w/ the date card.  I think my favorite day of pictures this week was on Tuesday (the far left picture collage on the bottom).  It was exactly 10 years ago that day that I went into the MTC (Missionary Training Center) for 12 weeks to learn the Slovene language before serving an 18 month mission there for the LDS church.  I can’t believe it’s been 10 years, and that was fun to include pictures from that long ago.

I also wanted to try and do something more in my Project Life to make holidays stand out more.  So, I printed off that St. Patrick’s Day subway art from It Works For Bobbi.  If you have not been to her website yet, do yourself a favor and go there.  She has AWESOME free printables.  I then put that in the journaling spot for Saturday.  Then I just wrote my journaling on the back of it.  I like how it looks different and really pops and draws your eye to it.  I’ll have to do that more often b/c I really like how it looks.

P1050270 There were a few days that I had a bunch of pictures that I just had to include.  I have used up all my Design C page protectors, and they are still out of stock on Amazon.com.  But, I still went ahead and printed off the pictures and did the journaling.

P1050271 I put the pictures and journaling card back into the little envelope thing that the pictures came in from WalMart.  Then I laid the envelope w/ the pictures and journaling card in the middle of that page and when I get Design C again, I’ll just slip the stuff in the pockets and be done.

I am linked up over at The Mom Creative & One Happy Mama.
Thanks for stopping by!

Great pages and it sounds like great co-workers also! Right away I noticed the subway art, I've got a couple saved that I intend to use the same way. It's nice to see before I do it, that it looks so nice.
