Project Life Tuesday ~ Week 43

Monday ~ Autumn has been doing so great at school w/ staying on green all day (good behavior).  So, I told her that we could go bowling tonight.  We both had such a great time.  We splurged a little and got some fried pickles, which were so tasty.  I even won a free bowling game b/c I got a strike when the hot pink pin was front & center.  It was such a fun evening w/ my Autumn Girl.

Tuesday ~ Tonight at 6:30 I got my hair cut.  The lady I go to does such a good job, and she’s not expensive at all.  I like going to her b/c she has curly hair like me and knows how to cut it.  When I got home I showered to get the small annoying pieces off.  I love doing Biore pore strips on my nose.  It’s so gross to see what comes off!

Wednesday ~ Tonight for Young Women’s we had a guy in our ward come and teach us about self defense.  He did an AMAZING job & had us stand up and practice what he was teaching us.  We learned how to cover, charge & counter in an attack.  It was very educational.  Hopefully none of us will ever have to use what we learned tonight!

Thursday ~ HAPPY 34TH BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!
I worked today & then tonight for dinner I asked for party ham roll ups and Oriental Rice.  It was so good!  Aunt Tafta & Uncle Kerry are here visiting for a few days, which is fun.  I came home to these great treats sitting on my porch.  I got a lot of Facebook messages, and felt so loved today.

Friday ~ Since I just did a family thing last night, I had some friends over tonight.  I kept it casual w/ some appetizers & a Costco cake.  The kids went and played while us adults ate and visited.  I was given this “Simple Joys” Willow Tree figurine & this fabulous book.  I am so blessed w/ such great friendships!

Saturday ~ This morning Autumn & I went over to the church to help w/ the Day of Service.  We decorated brown paper bags for the Salvation Army to use when handing out lunches.  Then Autumn had a cheer game & then we dressed up for the ward Trunk Or Treat party.  After that we went to a Halloween party that a lady at work hosts each year.  It was a busy yet super fun day.

Sunday ~ Jacob’s 2nd birthday is tomorrow, so Liz & Liberty had a party for him today.  Since all of Liz’s family was together, they had me take some family pics for them.  This pic of her grandparents holding hands is my favorite one I took that day.  It was fun to celebrate Jacob’s birthday w/ such wonderful people!
